MGRC provides genome sequencing and analysis services. Our services and pipelines are designed to rapidly sequence and analyse large volumes of genetic data and extract meaningful biological information for downstream research and development. The key components of our commercial operations are our Contract Genomics Services, Sequencing Services, and Data and Access Services. Our services and applications have been used extensively in significant projects, including the mapping of the lung cancer genome, and the sequencing and assembly of the oil palm genome. To date, the company have undertaken projects for large agriculture-based companies, major medical research institutions, and government linked or funded entities in Malaysia and abroad, including United States and Australia. Currently, MGRC are the only player in Malaysia providing commercial bioinformatics analysis services for data from multiple second and third generation sequencing machines, serving public and private sector organizations in Malaysia and internationally. They have established themselves as Malaysia's leading provider of Contract Genomics Services
