This Terms and Conditions are apply between yourself, as our client (hereinafter referred to as "you" and "your") and iSaham Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as "iSaham", "we", "us" and “our”). By using iSaham.my (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) and our services (hereinafter referred to as “Service”), you signify acceptance and compliance under this Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”).

We reserved the right to change any of the provisions in this Terms without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check the Terms in the Website regularly. Your continued use of our Website after the publication of new Terms on Website shall be considered as your agreement to be governed by those modified Terms. iSaham organise seminar and classes (hereinafter referred to as "seminar") that are related to stock market. You may register to any of available seminar by referring to https://www.isaham.my/seminar and pay the amount as stated. The registration can be done in our Website by visiting the link https://www.isaham.my/payment/seminar or in our office. However, the payment for the seminar must be made a day before the seminar take places.
You are entitled to get free re-seat for all seminar/class by iSaham if you have attended the same seminar/class before, subject to availability.
iSaham only accept the payment in form of the following payment methods:
i) Bank Transfer
Payment can be made via ATM or Online Banking to our account and you must provide iSaham with the transfer receipt or payment transaction reference for verification purposes.
Cash payment can be made directly through our office during the working days.
iii) Boost App
The payment are processed by Boost party and you should notify us through any communication mediums after the successful payment.
All payment made are non-refundable and non-transferable to other persons and/or classes.
You may cancel at any time the seminar that you booked by notifying us if you are unable to attend the seminar. No refund will be given after the cancellation. You may change to another date of similar seminar which is subject to availability.
