The company is engaged in the development, management, and provision of business to business e-commerce and computerized transaction facilitation services such as the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of teaching aids equipment, the provision of management and Internet-related services, and supply of computer hardware, software, and peripherals also the supply, installation, and maintenance of engineering and other equipment for expressways and other general engineering work. It is also involved in digital advertising, project management and consultancy in ICT as well as the maintenance and application development services with industry specification in government contracts, the supply of business continuity facility services, as well as the provision of services, such as consultancy for ICT projects, hardware and software maintenance, outsourcing of information technology requirements, information technology project management, system integration, and turnkey project implementation. In addition, it offers content and application, business process outsourcing, and multimedia services. The company was founded in 1970 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
