Bumiputra-Commerce Holdings Berhad's Islamic banking business consists of Shariah advisory, debt markets, equity markets, treasury, research and cash management, business banking, personal banking, and alternative investments. Its private banking business includes wealth management, such as wealth enhancement, wealth protection, and wealth distribution. The company's asset management business provides equities, fixed income, cash, and Shariah compliant funds management, as well as real estate, private equity, strategic assets, structured investments, and venture capital to institutions, financial organizations, pension funds, government agencies, corporations, private clients, and individuals. Its Insurance business offers life and takaful insurance products, as well as protection, savings, investment products, children's education plans, and medical plans. The company also provides online services, such as Internet banking, share trading services and research analysis. CIMB Group Holdings Berhad operates in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Bumiputra-Commerce Holdings Berhad was founded in 1924 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
