One way to reduce risk and increase reward is by trading warrants, because the price increment of the warrants follow their mother share price closely. If the mother share price increase by 0.10, warrant will increase by almost 0.10 as well. In term of percentage, warrant price may increase by 30% while the mother share only increases by 10%.
Despite the higher reward, the fundamental of warrant follows exactly their mother share. Finding good warrants that have short or mid term signal could be a very rewarding strategy.
