This is a long term buy and hold technique. This rule screens for counters that are in bearish reversal mode.

Investors are to GTD (Good-Til-Date) queue buy orders while in downtrend mode. Percentage allocation of budget to buy are indicated in the table below. More supports broken, more units are bought.
