Paradigm REIT is a real estate investment trust established in Malaysia with the principal investment policy of investing in a diversified portfolio of income-producing real estate assets used for retail, commercial, office, industrial, and hospitality purposes. Upon listing, its initial asset portfolio will comprise three retail properties: Bukit Tinggi Shopping Centre in Klang, Selangor; Paradigm Mall PJ in Petaling Jaya, Selangor; and Paradigm Mall JB in Johor Bahru, Johor. The REIT is managed by Paradigm REIT Management SDN BHD and its trustee is RHB Trustees Berhad.
