It also is involved in the sale of building materials, including cement, steel bars, bricks, sand, timber, plywood, roof tiles, concrete and clay, ceramic/homogeneous/quarry tiles, quarry products, pipes, M.S roofing/door frame/window frame, timber door/door frame, sanitaryware/kitchen sinks/tap fittings/water tanks, locksets accessories, and paints. In addition, the company processes and trades ready-mixed concrete; operates as an agent for general insurance; and involves in contract working of M.S grills, M.S fencing grills, and M.S gate, aluminium works and glazing, and parquet works. Further, it operates sports, golf, and recreation clubs; bowling centre; and nurseries. The company was founded in 1972 and is based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
